TESTIMONIAL FOR SUE
What can I say? I am a big fan of Sue, having attended her classes whenever I could for the last 17 years, the only thing that ever stopped me was work. So a big positive of the strange situation we all now find ourselves in, is that Sue’s classes are more accessible to me (thanks to Zoom and home working). In fact, when attending “in person” classes I always wished I could experience Sue’s relaxation prior to sleep, well this is now possible with her wonderful yoga nidra classes on a Thursday evening. A definite highlight of the week for me – like a mini mid-week therapy session – Sue’s background in psychotherapy shining through in her teaching.
Sue is kind, gentle and extremely passionate about yoga and sharing its benefits with her students to enhance their lives – whether that’s through posture work, pranayama (breathing techniques) or meditation.
Sue incorporates plenty of yoga philosophy into her classes in a very accessible way. I always want to grab a book after every single one of her classes to explore something she has shared.
