These classes are all online.
Hatha Yoga: – classes include warm ups, Asanas, (physical postures) Pranyama (breathwork) mindfulness and relaxation and are suitable for all including beginners.
Basic equipment needed is a yoga mat and where possible a couple of blocks and a yoga strap.
Relax. Unwind and Meditate Before Bed is the popular Thursday night class running from 8.30pm – 9.30pm.
