What Does The Mindful Weight Loss Course Do?
This weight loss course supports you whilst you explore the patterns that lead you into bad eating habits. It helps you to unearth the deep-rooted issues that create weight gain. You’ll discover insights and understanding into why, when you say you want to lose weight, you then appear to sabotage your own efforts. As you progress through the course you’ll notice subtle, positive shifts taking place in your thinking and behaviours, such as developing better eating habits.
How Does The Course Work?
You can expect a profound shift. The course is made up of 10 simple sessions spread over six weeks. It combines questions, hypnotherapy, homework, audio, a little bit of reading and even a bit of drawing! (no artistic skills needed though) The more time and energy you are willing to put into the exercises; the more effective the course will be for you.
Can I Do The Course In My Own Time?
Yes, you can do each module whenever you like throughout your week. You do need to complete each module in turn though. That’s because my system involves identifying each issue and addressing it, so it’s important to complete each module before starting the next one in order to achieve optimum results. It’s best to choose a time when you know you can spend a bit of time on yourself each week for six weeks to complete the course.
If you get behind, that’s OK, you can work through it at your own pace, just stick with it though. The course is fun and enjoyable, after-all it’s about you but it can also be intense at times, so be prepared to do some serious work on yourself.
How Does The Course Get Sent To Me?
The exercises are all available online and via email, so you can complete the course from wherever you are, at home, at work or on holiday. You MUST listen to the audio down-load which you will receive as part of this course, the run time is approximately twenty minutes.
If at this point you’re thinking ‘I haven’t got a spare twenty minutes’! Relax, you can listen to this as you go off to sleep at night or by setting your clock twenty minutes early in the morning and dozing whilst it’s playing.
How Will I Know The Course Is Working?
If you stick to listening to the download every day and completing your modules in turn, you will notice a change in the way you’re thinking and in your eating habits in the first week of the course. This course is different from other weight loss programs or diet clubs; we will not track your calories or weigh you in every week! It’s designed to deal with the root of the problem, tackling your emotional issues and getting rid of the negative internal “mind trash” associated with self-esteem and food.
You will be working on your mind as much as your body. Personally I discourage the constant weight tracking, in fact I would prefer you to get rid of your scales altogether. In my professional opinion weighing and scales can encourage an unhealthy mind-set. Slender, lighter people do not have scales and do not weigh themselves on a regular basis. Let’s get real here, you WILL KNOW when you’re losing weight, your clothes will feel looser, you will feel lighter and you will recognise the positive changes in your eating habits and daily routine.

If some reason you are unable to complete your course, please notify us at team@thestresshacker.com within the first seven days of starting, and we will discuss another start date for you.
How Do I Access The Course?
Once you have signed-up you will receive an email explaining what you need to do to prepare for the first session. After that, you will be sent an email along with a link to explore more information. As the weeks go by, more modules will be made available to you online.
